We are a family-run, independent company, owned and operated by a father-and-son team, Wayne and Ben. We believe our size is one of our strengths.
Rather than treating customers as another number, we take the time to visit your property, understand your concerns and develop a tailored security solution that works for you. We survey, design, install and maintain everything ourselves.

Do you cover domestic as well as commercial?
Both, and they are not treated as the same job. Homes get wireless, low-disruption systems that arm from a phone. Commercial sites get graded, insurer-compliant designs with full documentation and scheduled servicing.
Do you really give free quotes?
Yes. Every quote is free and completely no-obligation. We price each device line by line so there are no hidden costs, and we will tell you what it would cost to add more later.
Are you accredited?
Yes. Our team is fully accredited and certified, and we are SSAIB verified, which means our work is independently assessed against recognised industry standards for security and safety.
Am I tied into a monthly contract?
No. You own the hardware outright from day one. Monitoring, maintenance and app services are separate, optional, and cancellable annually.
Can you work with the system I already have?
Often, yes. If your existing panel is a supported model and still in good condition we can extend or upgrade it rather than replace it. If it is genuinely end-of-life we will say so and show you why.
How quickly can you get to me in an emergency?
Our target is one hour anywhere in our core Essex coverage, 24 hours a day. Out-of-hours calls go to a surveyor, not an answering service.
